Shipping Policy

Sit back and relax while Mauhu delivers your products safely and quickly. Customers love it when their products are packed well and delivered on time, and happy customer service means more returning customers and orders for you.
The orders must be shipped within 2-3 days from receiving the order within the agreed time provided by you (also known as Service Level Agreement or SLA). You can check the status of your order and the days left for dispatch on the website.

• At Mauhu, we take great care in delivering our products. We have only partnered with reputed national couriers such as Delhivery and   other reputated partners.

• We dispatch the orders for shipping within a maximum of 3 business days. Except for holidays, bulk orders or emergencies.

• An email will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.

• Please check the phone number, address & pin code carefully at the time of placing the order.

• We are noticing incomplete addresses in Cash on Delivery orders. Please update the complete address. Otherwise, we will cancel the order in case of incomplete address. 

• Reshipping costs will be Rs. 120. In case of wrong address.
